[INTRO — RADIO TRANSMISSION] “Temporal violation detected.” “Subject identified: MASTERSERVER.” “Multiple unauthorized timeline entries.” “You have been ordered to cease all time alterations.” Yeah… They stopped my time ’cause I kept going back. But how the hell you tell somebody to leave their dead in the past? --- [VERSE 1] I got arrested by the Time Police, clock froze when they came for me, said I altered history with unauthorized memories. I said, “You don't understand— I wasn't chasing fame, I was going back through the years trying to change the pain.” Ariana was slipping toward an ending I couldn't let become real, so I broke through every second just to see if I could heal. Cody, Andy, everybody that I watched disappear, I went hunting through the timeline trying to pull 'em back from here. Every overdose became a warning, every funeral became a clue, every night I asked the universe, “What else could I do?” --- [HOOK] They put a lock on my clock, put a chain on my time, said, “You disrupted history too many damn times.” But I wasn't trying to rule it, I was trying to rewind, save the people that I loved from the hands of time. Now the Time Police got me in a temporal cell, watching every timeline that I tried to repair myself. They say, “MASTERSERVER, you gotta let the dead stay dead.” I said, “Then why'd you give me memories that never left my head?” --- [VERSE 2] I went back and found myself before I knew the game, looked my younger self dead in the eyes and told him my name. Said, “Listen, little brother, being me comes with a price. Every road you're gonna travel ain't gonna turn out nice.” “There's gonna be people that you love, and you're gonna lose some too. There's gonna be nights you swear there's nothing left to do.” “But don't chase every broken second just because you hate goodbye. Sometimes saving everybody means you gotta let some timelines die.” He looked at me like I was crazy, like the future couldn't speak. I said, “I'm you from years ahead— and I'm warning you this week.” --- [HOOK] They put a lock on my clock, put a chain on my time, said, “You disrupted history too many damn times.” But I wasn't trying to rule it, I was trying to rewind, save the people that I loved from the hands of time. Now the Time Police got me in a temporal cell, watching every timeline that I tried to repair myself. They say, “MASTERSERVER, you gotta let the dead stay dead.” I said, “Then why'd you give me memories that never left my head?” --- [BRIDGE — QUIET] Maybe every life I saved created somebody else's pain. Maybe every warning that I gave put another crack inside the frame. Maybe time ain't something you can bargain with or own. Maybe some of the people I was saving were teaching me to let go. But if I had one more second… One more chance… I'd still go back. --- [VERSE 3] Now the clocks all stopped ticking when they dragged me through the gate, said my timeline interference had become a Level-Eight threat. I laughed through the handcuffs, said, “You finally caught me.” They said, “You changed too many lives.” I said, “That's exactly what it cost me.” I ain't a god, I ain't a hero, I'm just somebody full of scars, who kept reaching through the years trying to rescue who they are. I saw Ariana. I saw Cody. I saw Andy. I saw every empty chair. And every time I went back I could swear they were still there. So if history calls me guilty, let the record show the reason: I committed temporal crimes trying to give the lost another evening. --- [OUTRO — TIME POLICE RECORDING] “Subject MASTERSERVER remains under temporal arrest.” “Primary violation: unauthorized alteration of historical events.” “Secondary violation: repeated attempts to prevent fatal outcomes.” “Final statement requested.” MASTERSERVER: “Yeah…” “Write this down.” “I knew I couldn't save everybody.” “I just couldn't stop trying.” — CLOCK RESUMES — 00:00:00 Timeline integrity: UNKNOWN.
