Verse 1 I was small, but I climbed that tree, Just to see who was passing me. The crowd was loud, I stood alone, Then Jesus stopped and called me home. Pre-Chorus He looked up into my eyes, Saw a heart I kept inside. Chorus He called my name, He called my name, Nothing in my life would be the same. He came to me, He set me free, Jesus saw the best in me. He called my name, He called my name, Now I’ll never be the same! Verse 2 “Come down,” He said, “I’m coming today,” He brought His love into my place. The crowd looked on, they shook their heads, But hope was rising up instead. Chorus He called my name, He called my name, Nothing in my life would be the same. He came to me, He set me free, Jesus saw the best in me. He called my name, He called my name, Now I’ll never be the same! Bridge What I have taken, I’ll give back, I’ll make things right, I’ll change my track. Your love has changed my heart today, I’ll follow You along the way! Final Chorus He called my name, He called my name, Nothing in my life would be the same. He came to me, He set me free, Jesus brought new life to me. He called my name, He called my name, Now I’ll never be the same!
