[Verse 1] So what’s this book about? A farm where the animals shout They want a better life one day Then they ditch the human boss away [Verse 2] They think, “Now things will be fair, Food for all and rules to share.” No more one boss in command, Just equal work from every hand [Verse 3] But pigs get smart and act like kings, And one pig starts running things Napoleon is that pig’s name He grabs the power like a game [Verse 4] Snowball is the other pig, He talks real loud and thinks he’s big He has ideas, big and new, But Napoleon says, “Nope, not you.” [Verse 5] Easy part: power can rot your head Too much control makes folks go dead When one boss gets too much say, They stop caring fast as day [Verse 6] It also says lies spread fast And fools just nod and make them last If rules keep changing every day, You get played and led astray [Verse 7] The dogs, the sheep, and Squealer too Help the pigs sell fake stuff as true If nobody asks, “Wait, why?” Then even dumb lies fly by [Verse 8] The farm gets worse. That’s the joke. The pigs turn into the same old bloke They dress like bosses, act the same, And trash the dream in shame [Verse 9] So, the book says, plain and small: Don’t let one leader take it all A revolution can go bad When greed and fear make everyone mad [Verse 10] Super simple, here’s the gist: Good dreams fail when truth gets missed Napoleon is power gone wrong, Snowball’s the dream that didn’t last long If nobody sees the trick in time, The new boss turns into the same old slime
