(Lyrics):

Glass flames, on the wall,
The promise, written on a deed.
Hear the warning, overhead,
Climbing down, to bleed.
Can you hear them?
In the dust, in the ground.
Can you hear them?
They are calling, calling out.

Falling down, Falling down,
Falling, Falling, Falling down.
Underground, underground,
Calling, Calling, Calling out.
Falling down, Falling down,
Falling, Falling, Falling down.
Underground, underground,
They're calling… calling out!

Down we go, we know the way,
The walls are shaking, not again.
Sons look up, and know the cost,
Brick and bone, what have we lost?
Gone to deep, can’t climb out,
They're too far, hear them shout.
Can you feel it? can you?

No more air, no more,
No way out, can't breathe.
Hold your breath, hold your dreams,
Nothing left…

Falling down, Falling down, oh
Falling, Falling, Falling down.
Underground, underground,
Calling, Calling, Calling out.
Falling down, Falling down,
Falling, Falling, Falling down.
Underground, underground,
Underground...
Calling, calling, calling out...

Backstory:
As a lover of the song Zombie by the Cranberries, I wanted to make a song in memory of people who had lost their lives (on a mass scale). With the current state of affairs in the world, it would have been a bit too obvious to make a song about war so I settled for miners. This song goes out to every miner that lost their life trying to live, trying to provide and trying to prove that they're worthy of breath just to have it taken away. Hopefully the ones that are no longer with us would approve of this message. Thank you for listening and have an amazing day!
