Én vagyok az álom, mi sosem hal el, csillagok között sír fel a felel. [virtuóz koloratúr futamok, emelkedő skála] Ah… la luce… mi chiama… sento il destino che brama… 🎶 Tenor (Verdi-es, drámai, földközeli szenvedély) [mély vonósok, lassú belépés] Te vagy a fény, mi éget és hív, én meg a föld, hol minden szív sír. De ha a sors minket ketté szakít, a hangom mégis hozzád kiált itt. 🎶 Duett (váltakozó, kérdés-válasz) Szoprán: Miért születik a vágy… ha tilt a világ? Tenor: Mert nélküled minden csend csak sivár árnyék már. Szoprán: Elér a végzet… Tenor: …de én ott leszek. Szoprán: Nem enged a fény… Tenor: …de én szeretlek. 🎶 Csúcspont (Verdi kórus-érzet, nagy crescendo) [közösen, teljes zenekarral] Noi siamo luce e oscurità, due anime nella stessa eternità! Se il mondo ci spezza, noi restiamo qui, nel fuoco del cuore che non muore mai! 🎶 Zárás (Puccini-féle lecsengés) Szoprán: [halványuló magas hang] La vita… mi chiama… Tenor: [lassan eltűnő hang] …e resto con te… (coloratura soprano + lyric tenor duet, in the style of Puccini–Verdi) 🎶 Soprano (coloratura – Puccini light, floating, passionate) [Silent dawn, distant strings] The dawn floats, the light trembles, shadows run along the edge of the marble. I am the dream, which never dies, the answer cries out among the stars. [virtuoso coloratura runs, ascending scale] Ah… la luce… mi chiama… sento il destino che brama… 🎶 Tenor (Verdi-esque, dramatic, down-to-earth passion) [deep strings, slow entry] You are the light, which burns and calls, and I am the earth, where every heart cries.
