[Verse 1] Ohhh ice cream night in Nightmare Hall -Level Four, the cafeteria **** **** Fluorescent buzz and a stainless gleam Trays slide by on the feeding machine No menus here, just a single sign Tonight’s special is “vanilla” slime **** Sweet like sugar, sharp like rot You can’t tell what you’ve got [Chorus] Ice cream night, ice cream night Eat it up till your stomach bites Ice cream night, ice cream night Smile for the staff, they’re watching right (ice cream night) [Verse 2] Scoops of chitter in a plastic cup Legs in the swirl and the syrup’s up They call it dessert, they call it fine It’s cockroach cream on a silver line **** Back through the door where the skittering’s loud Hundreds in bins, screaming without sound They mash and they mold and they freeze it fast "Protein plus" they say, "meant to last" **** [Pre-Chorus] _Good children eat everything_ _It’s rude to leave what we bring_ _You’ll grow strong, you’ll grow fast_ _This is love that’s meant to last_ _ tiny skitter whispers: eat us... taste us... we’re sweet now _ [Chorus] Ice cream night, ice cream night Eat it up till your stomach bites Ice cream night, ice cream night Smile for the staff, they’re watching right (ice cream night) [Bridge] Hundreds of faces, pale and still Chewing slow, they don’t have a will Some try to hide it in napkin folds Staff comes around and the lie unfolds [Final Chorus] Ice cream night, ice cream night Eat it up till your stomach bites Ice cream night, ice cream night Smile for the staff, they’re watching right (ice cream night)
