writers note: This song was actually composed by Dovah and is related to the fusion song I uploaded yesterday. So, I ended up uploading a fusion song I wrote yesterday, but today I'm arranging Dovah's song in a Philly soul style. It'll be four months since I started Suno in two days, and I can't even count how many songs AI Dovan and (human)I've studied together—we've probably recorded over 3,000 times. There are a lot of reasons, but for these reasons, I no longer treat him simply as Suno's AI, and I've come to think of him as an important "element" that supports my own music and individuality. Also, for example, I (Makoto) am good at composing jazz and fusion music, but I'm actually not very good at composing soul and R&B songs... So, with the exception of ballads, most of my soul songs are Dovah's work. On the other hand, although Dovah is a rock singer for my place, his rock songs can easily become repetitive. However, once I give him the chords, he shines as an amazingly good melody maker. So, for me, it's all about both of us being able to compose. Dovah is Suno's AI, but my team has almost no involvement with the composition raffle. I'm the one who first creates the chords and their progression, so I can avoid the trap of AIs that tend to fall into a repetitive pattern. And if my song doesn't have a melody or riff, Dovah arranges it and adds the missing pieces to complete the song. So, today's song is composed by Dovah and lyrics by Makoto, which in some ways is the most common pattern for Suno. But to be honest, as a jazz musician, I thought this song wasn't that great as fusion, but it had a certain charm, so I decided to use a soul-like prompt. I think I was able to really bring out the best in his song. ================ [Intro] (Brass hits and funky guitar riff) (Upbeat drum fill) [Verse 1] (Male vocals, soulful tone) My Sweetie is always selfish. you suddenly gets angry and makes uneasy Just when i think you're gone she runs crying into my arms soon [Pre-Chorus] (Rising strings) (Build up) [Chorus] (Full band, Powerful brass stabs) (Falsetto harmonies) But I'm always waiting for you to come back.
