'Home?' - Original Song by MAdoK958 Copyright © 2026 MAdoK958 suno.com/@madok958. The road feels tight round my neck, fences bent toward the dust. I felt her close before the house came clear. But it was the swing that made me stop creak of rope, a child moving back and forth, a pendulum of time, counting what was lost. My hand found the gun, then froze, the steel turned cold and laughter hit my chest like a bullet. I didn’t ask whose child it was. The answer burned, in the back of my throat. I came back armed, but not for killing. Steel can’t balance the weight I brought. One step closer, and I burn what’s left. One step back, and she’s gone forever. The child swung higher, laughing at the sky. Then the swing slowed eyes caught mine. And in that look I saw the face I’d left behind. No mirror, no glass, just a child’s stare holding me still, showing me the man I never outran.
