A small, feathered being, with gouged eyes, a long, fractured beak full of cracks and cavities, astride a multi-legged creature, appeared to some paladins guarding the city of Elunumia with a message to deliver: "We have come in peace, we are the ambassadors of the one who will bring the names of the vanquished to the pinnacle, and the victorious to 'Hades,' the Leuxiix among mortals, and mortals among the Leuxiix. Accept his salcharic gifts and your dreams fulfilled, reject them and your nightmares solidified. The choice is yours, young Kannici, your destiny lies in your Paws. Mevctonisargas awaits an answer." The paladins, bewildered by the encounter and unsure of what to do, sent for wise diplomats to communicate with the creature. But shortly after, she disappeared, leaving a final message: β€œIt will be considered a No, goodbye young Kannici!”. Meanwhile, in a mining area south of the city, where miners worked among poisonous sulfide caverns, strange bony ramifications were discovered, secreting a mysterious black substance of mahirnintic origin, which crystallized very quickly upon contact with air. No sooner had they called someone to alert them of the discovery than the bony ramifications suddenly began to grow enormously throughout the area, fracturing and releasing multitudes of splinters. These splinters, piercing the flesh of the unfortunate victims, began injecting them with the exact same black substance (while the splinters themselves evolved into bony roots, which extended into their bodies). They began to undergo a disturbing mutation. Their skin darkened, causing them to grow both muscle and thick, dark fur. Their teeth and claws sharpened, their eyes became bloodshot, and an insatiable, animalistic hunger and thirst for destruction replaced their conscience. In less than an hour, the city of Elunumia was invaded by a bone forest, born from the sudden growth of those roots and branches. Meanwhile, a good portion of the inhabitants mutated into these beasts, while the other half were devoured by it. The paladins could do nothing, not even the units that arrived to help. The entire territory of Elunumia, including four minor cities, was invaded by the First Mauxcarian Plague: the Belvarioskan Plague. That was the beginning of the attack by the rulers of the Mahirn, the MAUXCARIUN, which began on that feral and bloody first day. The Second Mauxcarian Plague was that of the Sindreneum. It struck the City of Thalkel the following day. Suddenly, swarms of insects resembling black rauscalftir, with a bony collar impaled on their backs and with empty, perhaps gouged, eyes leaking the same mahirnintic liquid, began appearing throughout the land. These swarms, upon contact with any material (regardless of its resistance), devoured it with their pincers/mandibles at an incredible speed. Needless to say, not even the inhabitants were spared from their relentless hunger. Another hour passed and the entire city of Thalkel, along with three smaller cities, were overrun by the Sindreneum Swarms, and quickly transformed into abominable hives of the infesting creatures. And even the insatiable second day came to its end, amidst an unforgivable famine. The Third Mauxcarian Plague was the Schismaitium. Striking the City of Vadreschemia the following day, the barriers that delineated the layers of the Other Cosmos and the Mahirn were split. In short, the Mahirn rose, while the heavens and celestial bodies annexed to the cosmos fell like meteorites on the territory of Vadreschemia, crushing it from above and below. The combined force of the two existential planes also destroyed six minor Cities. Those who survived the impact were killed/assimilated by the Eilgtosahird who emerged, or by the Kovaiden who descended with the entire Cosmos. Of that territory, only a Mahirnintic Black Ocean remained, illuminated by the lights of the desire for salvation of that day's victims. And so ended the heavy third day, crushed by Everything and Nothing.
