[Verse 1] You closed the door so slow Like you knew my name by heart Fingers traced a tiny spark Right where the silence starts Your dress fell like a secret To the floor, soft and white And I swear the room turned velvet When you looked at me that night [Pre-Chorus] Mm, don't rush it Let the moment breathe Your hands on my skin Like they already knew me Mm, don't hush it Say it plain, say it true This is our first time And it's beautiful with you [Chorus] First time together We moved like one First time together Till the dark was gone First time together Hold me close, hold me First time together Baby, don't let go of me (hold me close) [Verse 2] Your laugh hit low and golden When I missed your kiss Then you pulled me back in closer Like you knew exactly this Your heartbeat on my shoulder Was a song I couldn't fake And every little tremble Made the whole room shake [Pre-Chorus] Mm, don't rush it Let the moment breathe Your hands on my skin Like they already knew me Mm, don't hush it Say it plain, say it true This is our first time And it's beautiful with you [Chorus] First time together We moved like one First time together Till the dark was gone First time together Hold me close, hold me First time together Baby, don't let go of me (hold me close) [Bridge] When your breath met mine It changed the air Like rain on a window Like silk laid bare No words, just the feeling No plan, just the fall We found something tender And gave it all [Chorus] First time together We moved like one First time together Till the dark was gone First time together Hold me close, hold me First time together Baby, don't let go of me (hold me close)
