BLACK ROSES BLOOM Schattenwerk – Tribute to DELTAWATCH [Intro] (Dark atmospheric electronic hiss) [Female Vocal] Tribute to DELTAWATCH (Sudden heavy mechanical clank) (Melancholic piano intro starts) (Dark orchestral strings swell, slow electronic beat) (Distant guitar feedback) [Verse 1] [Female Vocal – Ethereal and clean] Black roses bloom with secret fire A shadow draped in mystery veil They hold the weight of hidden desire A rare beauty, both fierce and frail [Pre-Chorus] [Male Vocal – Aggressive Nu-Metal style] You lean in close, then feel the sting! So soft, so dark, they pull you in! [Female Lead, Male backing growls] One touch and you remember What your hands were reaching for! [Chorus] [MASSIVE SYMPHONIC EXPLOSION – Heavy riffs and orchestra] [Female Lead, Male backing growls] Black roses, black roses Burning in my chest Black roses, black roses Love can bite the best (black roses) [Verse 2] [Female Vocal] Petals folded around the night Ink on silk in a broken vase I see your name in the scarlet light Then it fades from your face [Pre-Chorus] [Male Vocal – Rising aggression] You lean in close, then feel the sting! So soft, so dark, they pull you in! [Duet – Female and Male harmonized] One touch and you remember What your hands were reaching for! [Chorus] [Huge orchestral wall of sound] [Female Lead] Black roses, black roses Burning in my chest Black roses, black roses Love can bite the best (black roses) [Bridge] [BREAKDOWN – Heavy Nu-Metal chugging riffs, dramatic piano] [Male Vocal – Shouted / Aggressive] But beware the hidden thorns! They know your pulse by heart! If you take what calls your name... [Screamed] YOU MAY NOT KEEP YOUR GUARD! [Final Chorus] [Maximum Climax – Orchestral, operatic and brutal] [Duet – Powerful unison] Black roses, black roses Burning in my chest Black roses, black roses Love can bite the best [Female] Black roses, black roses I still want them near [Male] Black roses, black roses Even through the fear! (black roses) [Outro] (Guitars cut out abruptly) (Only the lonely piano melody from the intro fades out) [Female Vocal – Soft whisper] Black roses... (Atmospheric electronic hiss) [End]
