Final Fear
[Verse One] Let me tell you a terrifying tale of the day that made me not sleep for over a week. It's hard to believe but there was a day my terror reached its highest peak. I read online from some scared guy theories on changes to make. A bunch of sketchy shit like reading, or hiking, or fishing at the lake. I red Goosebumps when I was nine I'm still not fine so I'll never read again. A hike's a hard no cause Sasquatch penetrated me but the lake I've never been. A deranged homeless guy outside the bait shop told me to stay on my toes. Legend has it Gary Bewsey hunts these lands but nobody alive truly knows. He said he thought he saw him once but hasn't seen a thing since that day. Then laughed real freaky and said he was born blind and never actually seen anything anyway. Story was iffy but he seemed trustworthy so I fear he told me no lie. But I ran in horror pissin' as I did then I hid waiting for my pants to dry. Took about an hour but it happened some more as I approached the shore. I knew what's in store it's not like this is some surprising thing anymore. [Chorus] Forecast is sunny but the vibe feels disturbingly creepy. Or maybe it's from all the coffee to ensure I don't get too sleepy. Places like these between water and trees are no place to snooze. Cause when crocodiles are hungry sleeping dudes are the food they choose. But it's what lurks within bushes and trees that fed my soul all this dread Leeches as big as my head who don't drink but inject their blood instead. [Verse Two] Had to summon courage to gore a worm on the God damn lure. So I threw down the worm and whipped that line, bound to snag it I'm sure. Weatherman lied and the clouds rollin' in look like they chose violence today. Seems each time I come out of hiding waits the God of Terror to make me pay. Haven't left land but somehow I'm deep in misery, jittery, and sea sick. Traumatizing seeing what purged from me writhing alive about the size of a brick. Terror grows quickly I would think I'd recall something like that as a snack. But there was that time I swallowed a lit cigarette and shat out a brand new pack. Now I'm too scared to puke again or try and hold it in then I felt a new complex begin. My nerves had me twitchin' and tremblin', too distracted to notice the splash of a massive Bewsey fin. Went to throw my rod into the lake and felt my hook sink into something firm. And the weight of it instantly I knew it was bigger than that hook dodging worm. Screaming shrill the cast proceeds seemingly of its own free will. Still feeling dizzy and very ill scared I'll get a nibble then the world stood still. [Chorus] Scared as a cake in a fat man's sight dark twisting clouds just repelled the light. A twister dropped where my bitch ass stood pissin' my pants again at the sight. And just as I was enveloped in the eye of the storm my rod started to thrash. The twister pulling me to new horrors as the fish caused a tsunami sized splash. Anyone close to the waters edge won't stand a chance to this wall of hydro powered fury. The sudden roar of a nuclear missile tore by, split the sky and nailed the twister and it was gone in a hurry. [Final Verse] To my surprise the tsunami dies too and I can't believe my fuckin' eyes. But radiation levels rise and the lake boils like a bowl of soup colossal in size. But the nibbler emerged in view and even my fear didn't know what the fuck to do. So naturally it filled my piss pants with the worst poo an ass can spew. Lovecraft himself would shit his slacks at the sight of this odd unholy cosmic cod. It's Gary Bewsey 50 feet tall wild eyes that seen it all caught off my janky fishing rod. This thing was massive and the fear it filled me with was enough to shit myself inside out. To think I scared about the thought of having to reel in a trout let alone a Bewsey this stout. The Homeless guy from the bait shop stumbled close, eyes wide full of awe. If I wasn't so scared of him I'd have called him out for claims his eyes never saw. He went to snap a photo and the flash angered the fish and it bit down on the guys head. His body stood twitching, neck stump bled, I'm starting to fear he might just be dead... A huge leech latched on now in control of the body, flees into a spooky thicket of nearby trees. That Bewsey casts it's leer on me with intentions to sew fear then dove in the deep with ease. [Outro] I just stood there, frozen in despair, burning from radiation, skin blistering as it began to sear... ...Ever since that day I've had a white streak in my hair...a souvenir of the day I reached the peak of fear... ...truth is I'm still afraid... ...that kind of horror will never fade... I never went back to that lake again not even a pool... ...I may be a pussy ass dude but my friend I'm not a fool.
