👽 Not What We Expected 👽

[Short Instrumental Intro] [Verse 1] From a million miles away, we set our sights on Earth A planet blue and green, we thought it had great worth We traveled through the stars, excitement in our hearts But when we touched down, we were thrown off the charts [Pre-Chorus] We thought we'd find paradise, but oh, were we misled Instead of peace and beauty, we found chaos and dread [Chorus] This is not what we expected, not the place to be We hoped for love and harmony, but found insanity Destruction, hatred, war, it’s a madhouse on the run We’re packing up our spaceship, gotta leave, gotta run [Verse 2] We saw the cities burning, the skies were filled with smoke The people fighting each other, it seemed like a cruel joke We scanned the fields for beauty, but found pollution there This world was not our dream, it was more like a nightmare [Pre-Chorus] We thought we'd find paradise, but oh, were we misled Instead of peace and beauty, we found chaos and dread [Chorus] This is not what we expected, not the place to be We hoped for love and harmony, but found insanity Destruction, hatred, war, it’s a madhouse on the run We’re packing up our spaceship, gotta leave, gotta run [Bridge] We turned our eyes to the stars, seeking solace in the night Our quest for a perfect world, still burning bright Maybe out there somewhere, a paradise awaits But Earth, dear Earth, you’re just a twist of fate [Chorus] This is not what we expected, not the place to be We hoped for love and harmony, but found insanity Destruction, hatred, war, it’s a madhouse on the run We’re packing up our spaceship, gotta leave, gotta run [Outro] Farewell to you, dear Earth, we’re heading to the stars Your chaos and your madness, we'll leave behind these scars Onward to new adventures, in search of worlds unknown Maybe someday, you’ll find peace and call us back home [Fade to End] [End] cartoon two confused aliens
