Never get to comfortable. that's when life pulls the rug out from under ya and it all changes from there I thought my life was set My path was laid my goals all met... now its all gone the big man said sorry boys I can't pay ya what's owed Now I got no money to spend. how am I gonna pay my rent.. Walking down a dusty street my Hands in my pockets. My head held down in the blues. I heard a voice singing further down the street his guitar playing drew me to him.. What am I worth.. What can I do.. Now I'm down with no way up no sun shining in my mind... When I reached the spot where the music came I could see an old man standing there. His clothes were tattered and skin was wrinkled, but his voice was clear and playing pure. The music reached within my soul. It seem to brighten the very spot where we stood... I reached deep into my pocket from there I gave all I had. He looked at me his eyes so bright. All he said was thank you my brother. And just continued to play. When the man was done , I looked at him. I asked how he could be so happy with so little... all he said was Tomorrow is always brighter from here... then he walked away....
