When the night is long, and my strength is gone, When the road is rough, and my faith feels worn, I lift my eyes to the One who saves, You are near, You never walk away. I will hope in Your name, Through the storm, through the rain, You are faithful, You remain, Jesus, You will never change. In the valley, in the flame, Through the trials, through the pain, Still, my heart will sing again, I will hope in Your name. Every tear I’ve cried, You have seen them all, Every shattered dream, You will restore, You are working even when I can’t see, You are good, and You are holding me. You are my refuge, my fortress, my King, Even in darkness, Your light breaks through me. Chains are falling, my soul will proclaim, Jesus, my Savior, my hope stays the same! I will hope in Your name, Through the storm, through the rain, You are faithful, You remain, Jesus, You will never change. In the valley, in the flame, Through the trials, through the pain, Still, my heart will sing again, I will hope in Your name. So I lift my hands, I will trust, I will stand, For my hope is in Your hands.
