[Intro] Three knocks on the bathroom door Nobody's there I check the mirror twice She's standing in the corner She smiles like she knows me I swear I've never met her She says, "Don't look behind you" So naturally, I do. [Verse 1] Bloody Mary You keep following me home Bloody Mary Why won't you leave me alone? I saw you at the station You were wearing someone else's coat I saw you in the window While I was walking down the road You never say your name You just wait until I'm looking Then disappear completely Like you were never there [Pre-Chorus] I don't believe in ghosts That's what I keep telling myself But every time I say it You appear somewhere else [Chorus] Bloody Mary! Don't look in the mirror! Bloody Mary! She's getting nearer! Bloody Mary! I know you're there! Bloody Mary! Stop staring at me! [Verse 2] I found your name scratched Into the bathroom wall Right underneath the number Of the pub I used to call The bartender said "Mate, you're looking pale" I said, "I've got a problem" He said, "You're drinking stale ale" Then you sat beside me Without making a sound Ordered something bloody red And never turned around [Pre-Chorus] You said, "I've been waiting." I said, "Waiting for what?" You laughed and disappeared Before I could ask [Chorus] Bloody Mary! Don't look in the mirror! Bloody Mary! She's getting nearer! Bloody Mary! I know you're there! Bloody Mary! Stop staring at me! [Bridge] One... Two... Three... Bloody Mary. Nothing. I laughed. Then somebody whispered... "Again." [Final Chorus] Bloody Mary! Now she's in the hallway! Bloody Mary! She's been here all day! Bloody Mary! I can hear her laugh! Bloody Mary! She's walking up the stairs! Bloody Mary! Don't say her name! Bloody Mary! Don't play her game! Bloody Mary! I should've known better! Bloody Mary! [Outro] Three knocks on the bathroom door. I open it. Nobody's there. I look into the mirror... And she's smiling behind me.
