[Verse 1] Open the tin, and it's dry Just a few crumbs by the side I had a plan, I did Now I'm staring at the lid [Pre-Chorus] One more bite, I swear I can smell them in the air Better move that tray fast 'Cause I know they won't last [Chorus] Alert, I'm running out of cookies Running out of cookies Better save me one sweet Better save me one sweet Alert, I'm running out of cookies Running out of cookies Don't let that jar go bare Don't let that jar go bare [Verse 2] Chocolate chips gone first Then the ones with the sugar burst I checked the shelf, the bag Found one sad little tag [Pre-Chorus] One more bite, I swear I can smell them in the air Better move that tray fast 'Cause I know they won't last [Chorus] Alert, I'm running out of cookies Running out of cookies Better save me one sweet Better save me one sweet Alert, I'm running out of cookies Running out of cookies Don't let that jar go bare Don't let that jar go bare [Bridge] I was patient, I was good I did better than I should Now my heart drops low When that empty box shows [Final Chorus] Alert, I'm running out of cookies Running out of cookies Better save me one sweet Better save me one sweet Alert, I'm running out of cookies Running out of cookies Come on, fill that jar back Come on, fill that jar back
