You must first exist before experiencing Free Will.
Existence is a prerequisite for Determinism.
Existence is a prerequisite for Free Will in the first place.
Determinism WAS NEVER NEEDED AT ALL!
If Free Will is predetermined then determinism collapses Completely!
Existence is required before any theory of causation can even be discussed.
If a choice is completely predetermined, then it was never truly a choice!
Therefore calling it "free will" becomes self-contradictory.

First: Existence is primary.
Then Volition comes from existence.
And Free will is the Reality of Volition.

Volition Versus Devilition!

Volition is the ability to choose.

Devilition is the ability to possess, control, prevent, or threaten another's ability to choose, 
and the complete absence of Volition.
Because Deviltion is the opposite of Volition.

Volition is good.
Devilition is evil!

For Devilition itself to act, Devilition must have the capacity to choose.
And Choosing is Useing Volition.
Devilition can't Use Volition Without Contradicting itself!
Therefore *Devilition is not Devilition at all!
Devilition can't exist at all!

Why can't The tyrant possess volition for itself while denying volition to others?
The tyrant can choose freely.
The tyrant can restrict the choices of others.
The tyrant is not pure absence of volition.
The tyrant is a being with volition who suppresses the volition of others.
The tyrant exhibits both Volition and Devolition.
