ĐEATH of a MAN— Recording

V5

He didn’t die from his body failing, he died from years of loving with no one staying. A heart breaks quiet like a porch light fading, a good man turns ghost while the world keeps waiting. He gave his all, every drop, every season, held the house up even when he stopped breathing. But loyalty kills you when it’s given without reason, and he learned too late that love has treason. He sat alone in the quiet he built, four walls heavy with unreturned guilt. Kids grown, but the memories tilt, ay, how do you live when your heart gets split? A father loses his children before the grave, not from death but from the battle he gave. One mistake and the whole world waves, now he’s alive but the love’s depraved. He walks around like a stranger to his own blood, trying not to drown in a one-man flood. Nothing breaks a man like misunderstood, nothing buries hope like fatherhood. He worked without a plan, thought love was enough, trusted the future like it wasn’t this rough. But later came quick, later came tough, now he’s choosing food or meds with pockets stuffed with dust. He loved like a soldier but love don’t pay, love don’t protect you when you’re old and grey. He carried the house but the house gave way, now he’s dying in a room where the nurses stay. You can love with your soul and still lose your name, be the strongest man and still die in shame. A broke old man gets no acclaim, they turn your whole life into a cautionary frame. He made himself useful until he fell apart, fed everyone else while he starved his heart. When his hands got tired, they didn’t restart, they let him fade out like forgotten art. The sin of a man is thinking love will last, thinking sacrifice protects you from the past. But the world don’t honor what you gave fast, it only counts the wealth you stacked. And when his strength was gone, affection disappeared, the same ones he carried suddenly veered. He lived as a hero, but he died as a fear— proof that a man must guard his years. The lonely death of a good man ain’t fate, it’s loving too deep without guarding the gate, trusting the world with the heart you create, and finding out too late what it truly takes. So listen, son—don’t follow his path, don’t love so blind you forget your math. Don’t give your life without saving half, don’t drown for a ship that won’t share its raft. Get wise. Get rich. Get legally strong. Build a life that outlives the days you’re gone. Love is a blessing, but without a plan, you’ll die forgotten like every broke good man. Be better than him— not colder, just prepared. Because good men die lonely when they walk through life unprotected and scared. Stand tall. Build legacy, not sympathy. Or the world will treat your story like it never meant anything.
