[Verse 1] O sing to the Lord a song of joy For wonders shine in all his ways His mighty hand and his holy arm Lift up our hearts in songs of praise [Verse 2] The Holy One brings his saving light His truth resounds through every land His faithful love gathers Israel close Held in the shelter of his hand All the earth awakens to the saving power of our God [Verse 3] Make a joyful song to Adonai, all the earth Break forth, rejoice, and sing out loud Sing praises lifted high with harp and dance Let every heart be glad and proud With ringing tambourines that dance in time We raise our joy before the King, our Lord [Verse 4] Let the sea rejoice with all its waves The world and all who dwell within Let rivers clap and the hills rejoice We join their chorus once again For he comes in justice to the earth He judges all with righteous truth and peace
