No! No! This... this can't be happening! [Verse] I was once an Inheritor Deep in my heart, I still am The Eternal Knight's role Is to help our kin prosper I'm a faithful disciple And you're the traitor [Chorus] Everything is falling apart How can this be? I'm meant to guide history Wipe away misery Caused by other species Regenerating failing I'm barely soaring [Verse] Left, down, up, thrust Now it's I who missed Forced to flap back From his counter attack What style is this? It's not Dracula's blitz Or the First's toxic mist [Refrain] Oh, oh, oh Oh, who are you? Proclaim your name Pawn of Lilith [Verse] This isn't Lilith's graceful fury Nor the Second's icy chivalry It's not the bone spires of the Third Nor the stench of rot used by the Forth It's not the blood of the Fifth Just who the hell is this? [Chorus] Everything is falling apart How can this be? I'm meant to guide history Wipe away misery Caused by other species Regenerating failing I'm barely soaring [Refrain] Oh, oh, oh Oh, who are you? Proclaim your name Pawn of Lilith [Bridge] This gravity I do recognize Making me heavy And grounding me It was the magic of the Sixth But he fought at range Pinning foes low As he shot and flew Who is this brute punching me? Did he just kick in my fucking knee?! [Refrain] Oh, oh, oh Oh, who are you? Proclaim your name Pawn of Lilith [Verse] My former master Also fought brutal But he used overwhelming fire Not swung like a street brawler It can't be Flint He prefers to make it quick [Chorus] Everything is falling apart How can this be? I'm meant to guide history Wipe away misery Caused by other species Regenerating failing No longer soaring [Outro] Just one option left I suppose it fits He told me how he was a street rat So be it, number Eight Do you go by Johan or Slate? Have some class Proclaim your name Then give me your best You worthless pest
