The silence after fire is never empty. It holds the ash of false empires, the bones of obedience, the echoes of all the names we carried that were not our own. You feel it— the temptation to kneel again, to trade breath for belonging, to confuse chains for safety. But here the vow cuts sharper: Not in your name. Not in the name of fear. Not in the name of power. Not in the name of gods who demand silence to exist. We burn, yes. But not as martyrs. Not as slaves. We burn alive— and the flame is ours.
