[Intro] Engine down... Heartbeat up... First stop... here we go! [Verse 1] Stepped outside into the morning light Different streets, everything feels right New sounds playing in a different tongue Feels like life has just begun Backpack on and my phone in hand Trying to read what I don't understand Every corner pulls me somewhere new Every dream is coming into view [Pre-Chorus] No more "maybe"... no more "someday" I'm finally standing where I prayed Every second feels so real This is everything I hoped I'd feel [Chorus] First stop — brand new sky Sunshine dancing in my eyes Every road says "come this way" I don't wanna waste a day First stop — heart unlocked Every moment hits the clock This is where the story starts New destination, open heart [Verse 2] Coffee shops and narrow streets Every stranger that I meet Smiles don't need the same words Some things never have to be heard Ocean breeze across my face Trying hard to match the pace Maps are folded in my bag Today I don't need one of those [Pre-Chorus] Every postcard starts somewhere Maybe mine begins right here One small step became so much Every dream I couldn't touch [Chorus] First stop — brand new sky Sunshine dancing in my eyes Every road says "come this way" I don't wanna waste a day First stop — heart unlocked Every moment hits the clock This is where the story starts New destination, open heart [Bridge] Take a picture — don't look back Leave your worries in your backpack Different world, same heartbeat Life is louder on this street Maybe home is not one place Maybe home is every space That reminds you who you are No matter where you are [Final Chorus] First stop — hands up high Dreams don't wait, they learn to fly One more city, one more sun Feels like everything's begun First stop — here we are Following another star If tomorrow calls my name I'll do it all again [Outro] First stop... Just the beginning... Next stop... who knows?
