grey veins crawling with moss and glyphs.
Beneath the lichen, 
the scent of secret bouquet.

Memory fractures where stone stood clean
A mossy bloom swallows my last breath.
Roots creep under the skin.
Cracked lips, a taste of earth.

Fever climbs behind my eyes.
The moss is listening now.
Murmur of sap. (So sour)

The box carves my name 
in my back at midnight.

Dreams rot in the corners,
green tendrils bind my tongue.
