Listen. The forest is breathing. Hard rain falls, soft on the O-hee-ah leaves. A thousand small drums, washing the green clean. breathe in, breathe out * Far away, thunder rolls, a gentle voice in the clouds. Not to frighten, just to remind you, the sky is alive too. You are under the koo-koo-Ee trees, safe and sheltered. Rain on fern, rain on moss, rain on your shoulders like a blessing. Ua. The rain that heals. Let the thunder be distant, let the rain be close. Every drop falls and is gone, every drop falls and returns. You do not need to hold anything. Just listen. Just be here, in the forest, in the rain, in the soft heart of the storm. breathe in slow, breathe out slower * The forest whispers, you are held. The rain whispers, you are washed clean. The thunder whispers, you are still here. Stay a little longer in this green and silver light.
