[Verse 1] There is a man outside And the dark gets deep He lays his hand on ground And feels the whole earth weep The sky is drawing near The stars begin to call He knows the hour is moving He can feel it in us all [Pre-Chorus] It is time It is time Heaven’s answer is alive It is near It is near Can you hear it in the night? [Chorus] Jesus is coming Jesus is coming Are you ready Are you ready Jesus is coming Jesus is coming Hold on, hold on He’s on His way (He’s on His way) [Verse 2] In a moment, in a flash The Father speaks the word And every heart that’s waiting Will be shaken by what’s heard The trumpet fills the air The old world starts to bend What was hidden is now rising And the waiting time will end [Pre-Chorus] It is time It is time Heaven’s answer is alive It is near It is near Can you hear it in the night? [Chorus] Jesus is coming Jesus is coming Are you ready Are you ready Jesus is coming Jesus is coming Hold on, hold on He’s on His way (He’s on His way) [Bridge] So wake my soul Wake my soul Keep your lamp trimmed bright Wake my soul Wake my soul He is coming in the night (He is coming) [Final Chorus] Jesus is coming Jesus is coming Are you ready Are you ready Jesus is coming Jesus is coming Hold on, hold on He’s on His way (He’s on His way) Jesus is coming Jesus is coming I will wait and I will pray I will wait and I will pray
