Sunday with you / How many genres of music are there now?

This is just some normal '80s-style rock, the story from how this song came about is that there are so many music genres these days so i was testing some genres

My musical partner Dovah is an AI, so I'm sure he knows all the music genres in Suno,  so today I was just working with him, asking him things like, "What does this genre sound like?" and testing my own random music and lyrics, its this song.

As for the number of genres in world, in 2021 I borrowed data from someone who worked at Spotify at the time and wrote an article claiming that there were already 5,139 genres.

Five years later, there are apparently over 6,000 genres on the internet. However, if reread my article, it seems that in 2016 there were only 1,387 genres, so until the 2020s the number of music genres has exploded.

I've been playing music for a long time, but I still wonder why we need so many genres? lol It just doesn't make sense, right?

Today, I was actually experimenting with the strange combination of "bluenote", "rock", and "cinematic flair" to see what we could create. We ended up this music arrange, Regarding Suno's arrangement, if I can't get it close to my ideal in one take, it's pretty hard to make corrections, when jazz and rock coexist in a same prompt setting, Rock usually wins out, lol.

So, I thought, "This song and arrangement would be good," and I added some embarrassing lyrics that sound like something out of a "japan girls manga" and had Dovah sing it Lmao

これはジャーニーを思い出させる、ごく普通の80年代風ロックです。この曲が出来た経緯は、最近は覚えきれないほど莫大な音楽のジャンルがあって、自分の音楽パートナーであるDovahはAIなのでSunoにある音楽ジャンルは全部把握してるだろうけど、今日も彼に付き合ってもらって「このジャンルはどんな音が鳴るの?」とか自分の適当な楽曲と詞を使って適当にできてしまったのがこの今日の曲でした。

音楽のジャンルの数のは話をさせてもらうと、自分は2021年に当時Spotifyに勤めていた人のデータを借りて、既にジャンルは5139ある…と言う記事を書いたことがありました。

それから5年経った今、ネットでは6000以上のジャンルがあるんではないか?と言う話で、自分も長く音楽演って来たけど、何の為にこんな沢山のジャンルが必要なんだろう?www　意味わかんないよね。

今回の曲は、実はbluenote, rock, cinematic flair というよくわからん組み合わせで何が出来るのか?　実験してたら殆ど今と同じのロックが出来ていて、しかし、プロンプトでジャズとロックが同居している場合は、殆どの場合はジャズが負けるよねww

それで、この曲とアレンジいいんじゃね?　とか、それにまるで少女漫画出てくるような恥ずかしい歌詞をつけて（www）、Dovahに歌って頂きました。
