Purpose to Sing?

[Verse 1] Out on the porch where we can't be seen And in the yard underneath the swing Up in the bedroom behind closed doors We sing the sweetest song you ever heard [Verse 2] But I know this thing we got is temporary And when you go I don't know how I'll ever carry on But that don't stop us No We're in too deep And we don't care We're gonna let the neighbors hear us sing [Chorus] My hands on your neck like a rosary Your fingers pluckin' on my strings Oh Love is the sweetest song you can sing [Bridge] I can't hear you Sing a little louder I can't hear you Sing a little louder I can't hear you Sing a little louder I can't hear you Sing a little louder I can't hear you Sing a little louder I can't hear you Sing a little louder [Verse 3] The walls are sweatin' and the floorboards creak The curtains closed We can barely breathe The headboard's poundin' out a different beat But we don't care We're gonna let the neighbors hear us sing [Chorus] My hands on your neck like a rosary Your fingers pluckin' on my strings Oh Love is the sweetest song you can sing [Outro] I can't hear you
