''Jafar's Cobra's Gaze (Crown of Venom)"
Verse 1 [Whispered, over a drone of strings and faint heartbeat] Midnight coils 'round the palace spire, Sandstorms whisper treason through the cracks. A shadow climbs the throne, ambition’s pyre— Jafar’s breath exhales what fate contracts. The Sultan sleeps, but dreams turn sour, Silk and gold now shackles to his wrists. A jeweled staff stirs, its hooded flower, Fangs unsheathed in veils of amethyst… Pre-Chorus [Brooding, tense build] Eyes like eclipses, black suns ignite, Pupils spiral, swallowing the light. One flicker… then the world rewrites— Kingdoms kneel to a cobra’s right. Chorus [Powerful, dissonant harmonies] Bow to the Cobra’s Gaze! (Gold decays, the mind betrays…) The crown’s a puppet strung by scales, Sultan’s soul drowned in venom trails. Through his veins, the hiss of reigns— Agrabah breathes… but Jafar claims. Verse 2 [War-like drums, quivering oud strings] Dawn breaks—a lie gilded in red. The Sultan grins with borrowed laughter, His voice a ghost, his will stone-dead. Decree by decree, the law grows colder, Streets choke on the staff’s forked tongue. “Mercy’s weakness,” the parrot squawks bolder, While serpents feast on heirs unsung… Bridge [Silence, then a whispered chant] (Repeat after me…) “I am the hand… You are the blade… Duty is dust… All must obey…” [Chaotic swell, distorted sirens] The throne room spins, a carousel of dread, Jafar’s shadow blooms, a rose of lead. The cobra’s grin splits the Sultan’s head— Two minds, one crown, a kingdom bled. Chorus (Reprise) [Frenetic, minor-key choir] Bow to the Cobra’s Gaze! (Time betrays, truth frays…) The crown’s a cage of mirrored lies, Sultan’s eyes—empty, yet wise. Through his veins, the hiss remains— Agrabah kneels… and Jafar reigns. Outro The staff now rests… the Sultan’s gone. A hollow king sings the serpent’s song. And in the dunes, where the damned belong, Two amber eyes… blink. And the world… Walks on.
