Concert grand piano provides a rich but transparent harmonic foundation with spacious chords, delicate arpeggios and slow-moving inner voices. The piano must support the violin, never overpower it. Gradually build emotional intensity through harmony and phrasing rather than volume. The climax should feel like a suppressed cry finally escaping, then slowly dissolve into fragile stillness.
