[Intro (instrumental fade in)] [Verse] Big giraffe's got a sunhat And a lanyard 'round his neck Just above his beachball belly 'Cause he has so many snacks The pandas have left China For the California sun Where they trade bamboo for bongos And they have so much more fun Every night the koalas cry 'Cause their trees are so far away But they're a little bit disappointed As they're mostly hanging out these days The tortoises are turtling And the birds are taking flight Watch the animals on a caravan ‘Cause all of the animals are on vacation tonight [Chorus] All the animals are on vacation All around the world It's a summer celebration For all the animals unfurled! [Verse 2] The lions have a pride They're a rasta family So their locks are extra long Now they’re taking to the sea The rhinos are all rising And they're heading to the club Where they're riding on their roller skates And spreading rhino love The cheetahs have been cheating On the plains with their desire Now they're holding paws with bears As they're dancing 'round the campfire The elephants are everywhere And they're partying with glee They're bringing lots of friends To a desert island jamboree [Chorus] All the animals are on vacation All around the world It's a summer celebration For all the animals unfurled! [Bridge] The hippos have new moves And they can twist and turn They're doing yoga in the day And they're in the club at nocturn The penguins have left Antarctica And they've gone to Las Vegas They're in the heat and the sun Throughout the hiatus The otters have no fears They're always on the move They're making new adventures Ready for the groove The animals have gone on vacation Ready for some fun They're getting braver by the minute And getting cheeky in the sun [Final Chorus] All the animals are on vacation All around the world It's a summer celebration For all the animals unfurled! [Outro] Yes, the animals are on vacation And they are ready for some fun! Yes, the animals are on vacation And they are ready for some fun! [instrumental (fade out)]
