Surely He’ll Save From the Fowler’s Snare

(Verse 1) In the secret place where the Most High stays, Under His shadow, I'll spend all my days. He is my refuge, my fortress strong, In Him, my trust will forever belong. (Chorus) Surely He’ll save from the fowler's snare, When pestilence strikes, I'll find Him there. Cloaked in His feathers, in wings I'll rest, His truth is my shield, I’m forever blessed. (Verse 2) For the terror of night, I shall not fear, Nor the arrow that flies, nor the darkness so near. Though thousands may fall, it won’t come my way, With faith in His name, I will stand and pray. (Bridge) His angels watch over me, keeping my stride, In their hands they lift me, with Him as my guide. I shall tread on lions and dragons defeat, With love set upon me, His promise complete. (Verse 3) Because I’ve made Him my dwelling place, No evil shall touch me in His embrace. He'll answer my call when I’m lost in despair, With long life He’ll satisfy, He’ll always be there. (Chorus) Surely He’ll save from the fowler's snare, When pestilence strikes, I'll find Him there. Cloaked in His feathers, in wings I'll rest, His truth is my shield, I’m forever blessed. (Outro) With faith I’ll declare my Savior’s love, In Him I find strength, and grace from above, Forever I’ll trust, day and night I shall sing, For my heart is secure in the refuge He brings.
