Every word you speak aloud has been heard by God, and the thoughts held in your mind are known to him. He hears every word you say, every word that you do not speak, and he knows every feeling that lingers in your heart when you try to sleep or distract yourself from the aching pain. Be certain of this: He holds you with every step you take or don't take. Whatever you are facing, you are not confronting it alone. He is always with you, actively guiding you toward a better future. Hold firmly to your faith, or at least have faith in Him. You may not see the progress right now, but He is truly doing remarkable, unseen things for you. Have patience, both with this process and with yourself. Remember your strength. You are special, you are strong, and you absolutely have the power to overcome any challenge. You are deeply loved by God; He and His angels are consistently by your side, watching over you and offering endless support. You are protected, you are capable, and you are cherished. He hears you, he sees you, he is always with you and most importantly he's always got you especially when you don’t have yourself
