Gifts from Beyond

In a Dream Gifts were given to me by the great Master I would someday know In sleep, I opened a door slow There stood a man With arms open wide, waiting for me just inside As he stood, I could see He was short, round and in his mid-30 s an American so unbound But my heart already knew he was my Master true! As his arms embraced me I forgot myself in him [chorus] The Master has long since passed away But his Bessings are alive to stay I thank him in my heart every day. We became One, A cosmic yin yang ball rolling through endless Doors along a hall I understood he was giving me a tour of conditional realms in the flow as we passed them, high and low, But the embrace was so much more, I forgot to notice beyond any door until the last where we were human again sitting in an important chair, I was on his left side. When the Power of great love crashed down over me from above and pressed itself into my hands A mysterious Blessing of love I now know why after so many years , He knew my future even then I had a great deal of hard work to do to serve the Light with all my might Giving all I have and can do to serve the Master and the Light But when I awoke from the dream I couldn't believe I had a Master It was too good to be true. So the years passed a while before he gave me another gift This time I was fully awake, He took me over with Yogic power And put me in a most profound state My whole being opened wide I felt lifted and held on every side By Blissful power and amazing love I felt the Living One in the room asking for me to stay and give my all. As thoughts went by for hours I heard these words in my heart over and over "Give that to ME" I answered, every time, " YOU are all I desire." And so my mind went by And I thought I would go crazy to stay in this amazing state. Then my body began to tire and those words came again over and over, "Give that to Me", I answered, every time, " YOU are all I desire." I felt the greatest PASSION of Love with every level of my being. I knew this was the heart desire in the deepest places of everyone I wept, wishing this for all and all under the sun I knew I would die or go mad to hold onto this Passionate Love I prayed for a Master True, but was afraid because I didn't know there could be such a great one But within a month of careful search I found him, or did he find me? His Teaching words came into my hands and the effort to come to him began. [chorus] The Master has long since passed away But his blessings are alive to stay I thank him in my heart every day. I had to change my life and let go of everything. I had to trust him to guide me in every way When at last I first saw him My mind sped up and acted crazy doubting who he said he was I couldn't believe it at all, But as he walked away that day, His Power of Love washed the whole crowd, It hit me like a stone wall and broke me open to my deepest core Suddenly, I had eyes in my heart That saw the world a different way I saw all was God already in completely PERFECT play. Nothing needed to change even death was entirely OK And I saw the Divine, walking away before the eyes in my heart that day I was weeping beyond control in tremendous gratitude and endless relief, I was washed by Divine Love on my first day and I stayed to live the Way I washed the toilets that night like I would never do before, A perfect way to start a new life more challenging than I could imagine and more Blessed than I could pray [chorus] The Master has long since passed away But his blessings are alive to stay I thank him in my heart every day.
