Verse 1 When I wake up to a brand new day I’m not walking on my own Every step that I take I’m held by promises You’ve shown You go before me, You’re right beside You light the way I see No fear can stand, no doubt can stay When You’re walking here with me Pre-Chorus Lift my eyes, lift my voice I remember what You say Chorus Be strong and courageous! Hey—don’t be afraid The Lord our God is with us He’s leading the way Be strong and courageous! Shout it again He will never leave us This joy will never end Verse 2 When the mountains feel too high And the road is hard to see I hear heaven calling out You are more than enough for me Your faithfulness is my song Your goodness is my praise I will run, I will dance I will trust You all my days Pre-Chorus Hands up high, hearts awake We believe what You say Chorus Be strong and courageous! Hey—don’t be afraid The Lord our God is with us He’s leading the way Be strong and courageous! Sing it again He will never leave us This joy will never end Bridge (big energy) Never leave us! Never forsake! Every promise—You always make good! Never leave us! Never forsake! We are standing on the truth! Bridge (call & response feel) He goes with us! (He goes with us!) He’s right here now!
