Verse 1 There’s days I don’t know where I’m goin’, feels like I’m walkin’ but I’m not really knowin’, what’s comin’ next or how it’s unfoldin’, and I can’t see the path in front of me. I try to stay grounded, I try to stay calm, but sometimes it feel like I’m driftin’ too far, like I’m missin’ a step, like I don’t got a mark, like I’m just movin’ blind through it all. And I don’t always say it out loud, but there’s moments I question right now, if I’m really on track, if I’m really held down, or just tellin’ myself I’m alright somehow. I don’t wanna pretend like I got it together, I don’t wanna act like I don’t feel the pressure, I don’t wanna fake some perfect measure, I just wanna be real with You, God. ‘Cause You already know every thought in my head, every doubt that I try to suppress, every time I feel strong, every time I feel less, You see all of it—I don’t gotta impress. So I bring it to You just how it is, not cleaned up, not filtered, not covered in, just me bein’ honest about what I’m in, and trustin’ You still in the middle of this. I don’t see the whole picture, I can’t map it out, I don’t know how it’s workin’ or what it’s about, but I know You’ve been faithful every time I had doubt, so I’m holdin’ onto that right now. Hook Even when I don’t see it, I still believe, even when I don’t feel it, You’re movin’ in me, I don’t gotta know it all to finally be free, I just trust who You are—that’s enough for me. Through God the Father, I know there’s a way, through Jesus my Savior, I’m held every day, through the Spirit that leads, I don’t drift away, even when I don’t see it—I choose to stay. Verse 2 I used to think I had to understand every detail just to trust the plan, like if I couldn’t see it with my own hands, then it probably wasn’t real. But I learned that ain’t how it works, faith ain’t built on what you can search, it’s built on truth that goes deeper than words, even when it feels uncertain. And that’s where it stretches everything in me, that’s where I gotta let go and believe in something I can’t fully see, but I know it’s real ‘cause You’ve shown me. Time and time again, You made a way, even when I thought I lost my place, even when I felt like I drifted away, You brought me right back to grace. Through Jesus Christ, I don’t walk alone, I don’t gotta figure it out on my own, I don’t gotta carry what I can’t hold, I can rest in the truth I’ve been shown. That don’t mean I got it all figured out, that don’t mean I don’t still have doubt, but it means I don’t stay there now, I come back to what I know. Through the Spirit I feel when I start to fear, He calms me down, brings clarity near, He reminds me again You’re right here, even when things don’t feel clear. And God the Father, You steady my pace, You don’t rush me out, You don’t replace my process—you meet me in that space and show me it’s okay to trust You.
