To thee will I cry, Lord my rock, you are it; 
Silent towards me, please do not be.
Lest, if thy silence, comes forth to me, 
I become like them that go down into the pit!
Hear the voice of my supplications, 
when I cry unto thee hear my cry, 
when I lift up my hands to the sky,
And toward thy holy oracle!

The Lord is their strength, and their head.
The saving strength of the holy anointed.

Draw me not away off with the wicked, 
and not with iniquitous workers, 
Speaking kindly peace to their neighbours, 
While in their hearts is yet, malice & mischief.
Give them according to their deeds, and…
According to the wickedness of their endeavours: 
Render to them what they justly deserve.
give them after the work of their hands;
Because they regard not the works of the Lord, 
nor the operation of his hands, 
he shall destroy them, and…
and not build them up any more.

Because he hath heard,
