The Troll King - The 8-bit Pantheon (2)
“He rules the cold not with law—but with roar.” Before the kingdoms rose, before fire was stolen from the gods, the Troll King walked. He slept in the glaciers, ate wolves, and shaped his crown from the bones of hunters. He was worshipped as a winter god by tribes who have long since frozen. Now he sleeps little and fights often. His cave is filled with trophies—skulls, hides, weapons frozen in ice. He wears a cloak of stitched pelts and a belt made from spinal columns. His club is a glacier fragment, bound with sinew and runes. He does not talk—he bellows. His rage is sudden and pure, triggered by any challenge, any flame, any warmth. To fight him is not to duel—it is to survive a natural disaster. When he roars, the ice cracks. When he walks, the cold follows.
