Prayers from my Spirit

A gentle time has come into my life It brings strength and reassurance I fly in search of joy To make my dreams come true At this moment, I truly live I have met people So kind and wonderful I pray to God For my family and my friends For today and for tomorrow And for ever after I pray to God For my family and my friends For today and for tomorrow And for ever after When the sun rises in the distance Each day is like a new beginning I remember and remind myself That it was enough simply to believe Look how beautiful life is Admire how beautiful the world is May my voice echo across the earth I will change the world with my words Chorus I pray to God For my family and my friends For today and for tomorrow And for ever after I pray to God For my family and my friends For today and for tomorrow And for ever after And forever after And forever after And forever after
