[LYRICS] MY STRENGTH COMES FROM THE LORD Inspired by Psalm 121 [Intro – Soft Piano, Acoustic Guitar, Gentle Strings] I lift my eyes toward the mountains Where the heavens meet the earth In the silence of the morning I remember what You're worth [Verse 1 – Reflective, Warm Male Vocal] When the road ahead is winding And the climb is hard to see When the weight of all my worries Tries to steal the hope in me I will lift my eyes to heaven Past the mountains standing tall For the One who made creation Is the One who hears my call [Pre-Chorus – Building Strings and Harmonies] You never sleep, You never turn away Your faithful love surrounds me every day When my strength is gone and I can't stand You lift me up with Your mighty hand [Chorus – Full Band, Soaring Vocals] My help comes from the Lord The Maker of heaven and earth When the mountains rise before me You remind me what I'm worth You're the strength beneath my feet You're the light upon my road Through the storm and through the fire You're the One who holds my soul Oh, my help comes from the Lord Forevermore, forevermore [Verse 2 – Steady Rhythm, Growing Confidence] When the sunlight burns upon me When the darkness fills the night You're the shadow standing near me You're the shelter by my side Not a moment goes unnoticed Not a tear escapes Your eyes You're the Keeper of Your children You're the hope that never dies [Pre-Chorus – Stronger Vocal Harmonies] You never sleep, You never turn away Your faithful love surrounds me every day Though the world may shake beneath my feet Your promises are all I need [Chorus – Powerful, Uplifting] My help comes from the Lord The Maker of heaven and earth When the mountains rise before me You remind me what I'm worth You're the strength beneath my feet You're the light upon my road Through the storm and through the fire You're the One who holds my soul Oh, my help comes from the Lord Forevermore, forevermore [Bridge – Piano and Strings, Building to Gospel Choir] When I go out, when I come home I never walk this road alone Through every valley, every climb Your hand is holding on to mine From the rising of the morning sun Until the final race is run Through every season, every shore You'll be my Keeper evermore [Instrumental Break – Electric Guitar, Sweeping Strings, Building Drums] [Final Chorus – Key Change, Full Choir, Triumphant] MY HELP COMES FROM THE LORD! THE MAKER OF HEAVEN AND EARTH! When the mountains rise before me I will stand upon Your Word! You're the strength beneath my feet You're the light upon my road Every step and every heartbeat You will never let me go! Oh, my help comes from the Lord Forevermore, forevermore! [Outro – Gentle Piano, Choir Fading] I lift my eyes toward the mountains And my heart knows where to turn For the One who made the heavens Is the One who holds my world My help comes from the Lord Now and forevermore...
