[Verse 1] Friday night, I'm scrolling again Everybody's somewhere I've never been Got six hundred people inside my phone Funny how a full screen feels so alone I know the bar that's two blocks down Walked by twice, never went in somehow Maybe everybody's waiting like me For somebody else to say, where you gonna be? [Pre-Chorus] So I put my shoes on For no good reason Almost stayed home Almost didn't meet you [Chorus] Hey, I'm so glad you found me I was right here all along In the same town, feeling lonely Thinking I was the only one Hey, I'm so glad you found me Come on in, there's room for more If you've got nowhere to be tonight That's what we're here for Oh-oh, come as you are Oh-oh, wherever you are Hey, I'm so glad you found me Now let's go find somebody more [Verse 2] Now there's seven of us killing time Cheap takeout and somebody's porch light One knows one who knows somebody Suddenly we're twenty deep at a nobody party No velvet rope, no perfect clothes No need to act like you already know How to have a life, how to make new friends We can make it up as we go instead [Pre-Chorus] You almost stayed home I almost did too Funny how a whole life Can start with, hey, who are you? [Chorus] Hey, I'm so glad you found me I was right here all along In the same town, feeling lonely Thinking I was the only one Hey, I'm so glad you found me Come on in, there's room for more If you've got nowhere to be tonight That's what we're here for Oh-oh, come as you are Oh-oh, wherever you are Hey, I'm so glad you found me Now let's go find somebody more [Bridge — stripped down] Maybe we're not antisocial Maybe we just lost the place Where strangers turned to neighbors And a name became a face Maybe everybody's waiting For somebody else to move So if you're sitting home alone tonight We've been looking for you [Build] Bring your weird friend Bring your shy friend Bring the one who says they'll come Then cancels every time friend Bring no one Just bring you That's kinda how This whole thing grew [Final Chorus] Hey, I'm so glad you found me Look at everybody here We were strangers feeling lonely Now we're yelling in each other's ears Hey, I'm so glad you found me Leave the door open for one more 'Cause somebody's sitting home tonight Like we were before Oh-oh, come as you are Oh-oh, wherever you are Hey, I'm so glad you found me Now let's go find somebody more [Outro — group vocals] So glad you found me So glad I went out So glad you found me That's what it's all about Hey... I'm so glad you found me.
