Todays the day- i'm not going to be that way- i'm back- and glad to be Breathe in, breathe out when you miss your toss don't pout- i can't cry in front of these kids I feel like i'm an imposter i could be exposed any minute- i just have to remember- i don't always have to win it- sometimes sitting on the bench cheering on my friends- is the best i can do. I've earned my place here. Just because i'm young doesn't mean i won't do great things- just because i don't have a display of trophies and rings- i earned my spot here. i'm not stopping now- but even as i slow down focus on hitting the ball- stepping forward- my heart quickens- Breathe in, breathe out when you miss your toss don't pout- i can't cry in front of these kids I feel like i'm an imposter i could be exposed any minute- Lord help me out- help me play the best i can i'm part of this team for a reason and i won't let them down. help me play my heart out- breathe in, breathe out- 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 5, 6, 7, 8- go.
