Jeans ripped up, dirt packed deep in my skin, Adrenaline lied, had me thinkin’ I could win. Salt baths every day, Lord, that fire was real, Sometimes survivin’ hurts more than the steel. Skin from my own body just to patch what remained, Walkin’ wasn’t promised, had to earn every gain.
