[Verse 1] I saw the truth And I said yes Hands open wide To the flame and test They call me weak But I know Your name I carry Your words Like a living flame [Pre-Chorus] If they ask me why I'll look them in the eye I have seen the King I will not deny [Chorus] I am a witness fire (witness fire) I will not tire (witness fire) I am a witness fire I burn for You I burn higher [Verse 2] From the Greek, You called A life that stands Not just with my mouth But with my hands In court, in dust In loss, in tears I speak what I know Through all my years [Pre-Chorus] If they press me down I will not bow What I have heard I say it now [Chorus] I am a witness fire (witness fire) I will not tire (witness fire) I am a witness fire I burn for You I burn higher [Bridge] Take what You want Take all I own If I must suffer I am not alone Jesus Freak heart In the blood and rain I bear Your truth Through fire and pain [Final Chorus] I am a witness fire (witness fire) I will not tire (witness fire) I am a witness fire I burn for You I burn higher (witness fire)
