Shadow Prism | [Pledged in Abyss] by 𝓛ux

I see the walls closing in with every step I take,
A drowning room, no escape, you're the breath I take
The only spark to ever reach my skin,
Still my hands are shaking, I'm blueing, 
This darkness's devouring....ME!!!

I sense the shadows calling my name 
While you exhale the hymn of the saints 
I'm just a jitter, a frosted mess 
And you're my eternal bliss!
Don’t let me pull you under,
These chains can't be broken! I'm a sinner!
And If I’m condemned to shatter,
You'’re the one I'm willing to die for!

I may sometime talk like a giant, but it's all a mask, a reflection in the glass one wrong push and all will see the cracks. 
I always wanted to give you the world, show you that I keep my words, but this prism's gotten too tight,  I'm never alright 
I can keep the fight but for how long's getting nigh.
I feel it in my spine, I'm dragging you down the line
I poison the water, I break what I touch,
I'm the weight on your wings when you deserve so much.
I built my prison hoping to save my reason
But it never crept back, it's forsaken in the back all I found were vain tracks leading nowhere in the stack.
I've tried to become my master, change myself and become your fire.
But all I found was a slave...
And we both know where I'm headed....
Save yourself, don't join me in my grave!
