Dear Friends of the Phonograph and Stewards of the Phonograph's History, Today is the one hundred forty eighth Birthday of Edison's Invention of the Phonograph. Celebrate in your own way, remembering that the Phonograph began a Revolution that is still turning, with its Evolution continuing in the 21st Century. If you need help singing Happy Birthday to the Phonograph here's the official Friends of the phonograph Birthday Song (2 minutes playing time). Enjoy the Day! Doug Boilesen, a Friend of the Phonograph
