When Jesus cried out "It is finished!" from the cross, John 19:30, He meant it. The price of your sins was paid in full. There is absolutely nothing you can add to the salvation He's given you. Christ has not only forgiven your sins but also blessed you with all the benefits of being His beloved child. All you have to do is accept what He has provided by faith. On that rugged hill, mercy fell like rain. Every chain was broken, every ounce of shame, You called my name before I knew Your grace. Now I'm standing free in Your embrace. I was searching for a way to earn Your love. Trying hard enough, but never enough. Then You spoke the words that changed my soul "It is finished" — You made my heart whole. I don't have to strive anymore. You opened Heaven's door. It is finished, it is done by Your blood the victory's won. I am chosen, I am free, You gave everything for me. I am living in Your grace. Nothing I could earn or replace. Now I'm walking in Your light fully alive in resurrection life I'm not chasing Heaven, You brought it near. Your perfect love has cast out all fear. Your will not to be approved because of all You've already proved You filled my heart with the Holy Spirit. Lifted me higher and higher. Strength and hope and love I find, when I leave my old self behind Through Your Spirit I can see who God created me to be. It is finished, it is done by Your blood the victory's won. I am chosen, I am free, You gave everything for me. I am living in Your grace. Nothing I could earn or replace. Now I'm walking in Your light fully alive in resurrection life. I'm not afraid of what I lack Your power fills the empty cracks. Your love is more than I can see You're making all things new in me. Alive in hope. Alive in love. Alive because You rose above. Alive in grace. Alive in truth . I'm alive in You. It is finished, it is done by Your blood the victory's won. I am chosen, I am free, You gave everything for me. I am living in Your grace nothing I could earn or replace. Now I'm walking in Your light fully alive in resurrection life. Jesus, thank you for making me alive and blessing me. To You be all the honor and glory in my life. Amen.
