[Intro - Spoken] You don’t have to climb up to God. Christmas is proof that He came down to you. [Verse 1] You don’t have to fix your story Before you let Him in. You don’t have to hide the pages Where you hurt and where you sinned. He’s not shocked by all the chaos, He’s not scared of where you’ve been. He’s the God who loves to enter Right into the mess you’re in. [Verse 2] You don’t have to talk like church, You can speak in simple words. You don’t need a fancy prayer, He already knows your hurt. He’s the friend of every sinner, He’s the hope for every heart, And this is why He came to earth— To meet you where you are. [Chorus] He meets you where you are, Not where you pretend to be. He steps into your scars— His love sets you free. You don’t have to reach Some holy star, He came all this way To meet you where you are. [Spoken - Mid] “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” He didn’t say, “Come to Me when you’ve cleaned up your act.” He said, “Come… as you are.” [Bridge] In the doubt, In the fear, In the guilt You hold so dear, He is near, Always near— Jesus meets you here.
