[Verse] He walked the road that none could bear A crown of thorns Our pain laid there Upon the wood Where love would cost He bore our sins upon the cross [Chorus] By His wounds we’re made brand new The broken healed The lost found too Through His grace The debt is sealed By His wounds We’ve been healed [Verse 2] Each stripe He took A price He paid To break the curse A life He gave The nails drove deep But deeper still The love that bends to meet our will [Chorus] By His wounds we’re made brand new The broken healed The lost found too Through His grace The debt is sealed By His wounds We’ve been healed [Bridge] Oh the weight of mercy’s song Tales of right where we went wrong But in the pain A promise grows New life from ashes A Savior knows [Chorus] By His wounds we’re made brand new The broken healed The lost found too Through His grace The debt is sealed By His wounds We’ve been healed
