Most had been able to get to a port somewhere, where the Seven Wishes' shuttles picked them up. That they weren't even on the WORLD anymore. and there were OTHER WORLDS, and they were in the SPACE between the worlds. They were from those OTHER WORLDS, She spent HOURS looking out one of the viewports into the blackness of that space between the worlds. There was just nothing to see.
